No. Swiping right queues an application; steps that need a judgement call, like an unusual question or the final submit, are held for your approval. You can watch the browser fill the form live and take over at any point.
How is the match percentage worked out?
Your CV and each posting are compared on skills, experience, seniority and the requirements the employer listed. The figure is a ranking aid, not a verdict. Open any job to see why it scored the way it did.
What do the monthly credits pay for?
Every plan includes a monthly allowance of credits. Credits pay for the AI work: reading your CV, tailoring it, drafting cover letters, importing links and running applications. You'll see the plans once you've signed up.
Can I apply to jobs that aren't on the board?
Yes. Paste a link into Add Jobs. We import the posting, scan its application form, match it against your CV and add it to your own jobs, private to you.
Which CV format will employers see?
The one you pick. Choose a style or a regional template and we suggest the right one for the job's country, with or without photo, date of birth and so on. Then export it as a PDF.
What does the Inbox connect to?
A mailbox you choose, over IMAP/SMTP; ideally a dedicated job-search address. Replies from employers are threaded by company, and you can apply by email straight from a posting.
